  • Log in using your university account for online appointments.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note - if you don’t cancel, this counts as a ‘strike’ - after three strikes you will not be able to book any further appointments.
  • Appointments are max 20 minutes; when preparing for the appointment make sure you focus on your priorities so that we can help you most effectively within this timeframe.
  • If seeking feedback on previous assessments, review feedback and identify one or two areas to focus on during the appointment.
